Cherokee Nation Construction Services (CNCS) offers highly skilled, professional, technical and administrative support teams for government and commercial clients. CNCS helps manage construction projects through effective engineering, scheduling, safety and financial management controls. SUMMARY

The PM is responsible for the status reporting, financial tracking, scheduling and all project correspondence and documentation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Includes the following:

  • The PM shall demonstrate the ability to collect and organize project documentation and correspondence.
  • The PM is expected to be the Government’s primary point of Contact for the task order assigned to them.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

10 years’ experience within the last 12 years in the facilities industry with 5 years’ experience in managing construction projects or 6 years’ experience within the last 8 years in the facility industry if earned a bachelors of science degree with 3 year’s experience managing construction projects.

Completed the CQM course for Contractors.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to Multi-task and work on multiple project simultaneously.
  • Strong Computer Skills (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work will involve physical labor, mental and visual efforts due to the nature of the job.
